I wish to buy brushless motor and ESC for my monster truck
weights 2.3kg, What is your recommendations ?

My budget is below USD100.00.

I recommend you save more money.

The reason that I want to change motor and ESC is because there is a Yee~~~ sound coming out from the motor.

This is very annoying. All HL mad truck have this sound.

not realistically. maybe if you get lucky and find something used that someone's trying to dump.
