Default who makes the best pinions for Offroad?

i am looking for some hardened steel pinions. i dont like the ones my LHS sells, i think there for on-road, there light but dont last a race meet.

any recomendations for good pinion for offroad.

p.s i am after some large pinions 25t to 32t

I have Robinson Racing pinions. They aren't the hardened steel but nothing is bad about them.

Losi pinions have always worked great for offroad, they last forever. The only downside to a losi pinion is the weight.

I second the Losi pinion. They are alittle massive, but last very long. Also are cheap $$
Good Luck

I have used both Losi and Robinson pinions. Bothe seem to be ideal.

I have a batch of Losi pinions that I have been using for at least 4 or 5 years. They last forever.

LOSI pinions here also. Mine are over ten years old But show very little wear and are quiet.

i use both losi and the lightened robinson pinions. both last a long time the only thing worn on my robinsons is a little of the purple is scratched up after 2 years. in low traction they stink though as you can get a little extra wheel spin when that happens i switch back to a losi
