That exact car sees the track every thursday for practice and Every friday night for club racing.....then it sees the simple green and towel for a THOROUGH cleaning and complete rebuild on Saturdays.

Every Saturday, it may as well be a new car.

I'm weird like that.

drive on an indoor blue groove track for starters other than that, just make it your job to clean the car every week without fail...the longer you let the dirt stay caked on, the harder it will be to remove...and get some good cleaning products, I use fully concentrated simple green...but occasionally spray the parts lightly with WD40, this helps the dirt to not stick so easily. And...the less you're on your lid, the easier it is to keep your exterior clean

The wing...I never clean, not worth it, but the body, every drop of mud or splatter of crap you have on the shell is more weight you're lugging around the track, keep your shell clean!

Here is my ClodBuster, the most fun RC vehicle Ive ever owned. I run it on 12 cells with two 12x2's, its almost as fast as my brushless RB5. But you cant turn the thing lol.

And my RB5

I have a pair of stock Tamiya Tamtech-Gear Fox-Mini. Photo taken this past weekend at PIR. Portable and perfect for killing time with friends waiting for Craftsman, Busch, and Nextel races to start! We even scratched out a mini PIR-like tri-oval in the open space next to us. Unfortunately that makeshift track had an RV parked over it by the next morning.

I picked up an HPI E-Firestorm yesterday...could very well be the first one purchased off the shelf in San Diego! I'm counting on it having the durability of a Rustler with race-tunability of a T4 or XXX-T. I'm an R/C newb anyway so I wouldn't know the difference. No matter, much fun is to be had!
