You may get more help on the maxxtraxx forum.
Anyway from what I have read is 063 has low-mid power where 086 is top end power.
I am going to get a Ofna 063 one peice I think. Have heard the RB's are thin and get damaged easy

yes certain engines run much better with certain pipes
i had a os v01b that ran horrible with the 053 pipe (bottom end style pipe) i couldnt get it to run more than 5 minutes without getting it way to hot i was told it was best to use a paris pipe i dont remember the number but i do remember it looked like a can with a stinger
i have a ofna picco 0-1 comp that runs absolutely awesome with the 053 pipe
i now have a novarossi p5 and it runs great on the 053 pipe but ive decided to experiment and i am going to try a 086 style pipe with a waller power adapter
the different stlye pipes do very different things shorter fatter pipes give better top end longer skinnier pipes are better for bottom end
some engines i think are very finicky to what pipe while others arent and probably some pipes are also finicky about what engines
alot of guys i know who have the v01b used the 086 pipe and it would run good but still get bad mileage
i still dont know all the hows and whys of it all so i ask the guys running similiar equipment to find out what is best
i only have one-piece pipes but if you dont header length also makes a big difference
i didnt think pipes made much difference untill i experimented now i know they probably make the biggest difference

Yes Ive head the 086's eat fuel but more power (understandable)
I have a Hyper 8 engine, people say these lack low end but mine seems to have heaps of punch so I dont know where my stock pipe fits in. I am going to try a one piece 063 see how it goes.
First I am going to repair a mates damaged pipe see how that goes on my Hyper 8 because his pipe on the force .21 goes a heap better then my force .21 did with my pipe...

to me it looks like the 063 is the middle ground between 086 and 053 but i guess the number could have told me that
i am going to try the rdlogics one piece pipe with a waller adapter next time i can run i hope that it has the great bottom end power of the 053 with some more top end
if it ever stops raining on the weekends here i can actually check it out i need some more practice before regionals in 2 weeks

My vote 086
It seems to me a low end engine will make more power with the 086 pipe. I think the fuel thing is a myth or at least exaggarated. I have a nove 086 and a copy of the 063. The 086 makes "more total power" acording to Rody at RB forums. I believe it. It works awesome with the WS7 and added a bunch of power to the original TTR engine that came with my EB4.
Never tried the waller power adapter.
Good luck, there are so many.
Rody also says the 063 is smoother power and easier to control. I bought the 086 to see since my TTR engine didn't have much power any how. It made a huge difference. Sounds awesome too.

The problem with any of the Rb pipes is that they are very prone to get dented and when they do they WILL loose some of their performance. I am not a big fan of Ofna but they make a version of the 63 that is much thicker alum. and it does not dent and it is like $50 cheaper for the one piece. They are roomered to be coming out with a 86 pipe that is also made out of thicker alum. But really the dynamite 1 peice pipe is very good on the Rg I personally could not tell the difference between the dynamite pipe and my rb86 on the rg but on my rb engine their is a ton of difference.
