XXX4 is for smooth tracks.

I would say BJ4 WE/B44 (same car but the B44 has some improvments), or the X-5 []ed

JustMe2 10-02-2007 08:58 PM

X Factory X-5 Sqd or Losi XX4WE would be my suggestion.

BuggyKing 10-02-2007 09:50 PM

the XX4 is considered the premiere car for a rough track. The only bad thing is Losi discontinued em.

TeamBrainDamage 10-02-2007 09:59 PM

X-5 on a rough track,

on a smooth track XXX4 is good, kinda drives like a touring car ;)

The SBV2Pro works great on rough tracks, especially if you get the 3 degree toe in rear plate. Its Also one of if not the most durable 4wd's out there. They take a good beating and will come back for more no problem.

As far as the premier rough track car, that still goes to the XX-4 and the X5 conversion.

BuggyKing 10-03-2007 08:41 AM

You can always look for a B44 when they are out.;)

I agree, the SBV2 pro is great on rough tracks and is very durable. It is too bad the company is a lil unrated, and that they don't have the level of drivers that other companies do. I think a lot of people are missing out on a great designed 4wd. A lot of companies I feel are going a lil too crazy with there 4wd's and over engineering them in a way lol. Don't even get me started on the price. I can't even believe they sell it for what they do.
