The Sphere Comp 2007 Edition is the way to go!!! You cant go wrong, there is NOT a smoother speed control.

good to hear, my digital is smooth too, but its lacking a little bottom end power. ive yet to have a problem with lrp. how are the profiles? the vector x motors have a lot of torque and i have a sintered rotor in mine so that just increases it. iam getting one next week, but just getting the heads up on it.

I bought a sphere 07 tonight and a Orion7.5 and neither one comes with sensor wires. I would have thought at a minimum lrp would have included both long and short sensor wires None the less nice speed control.

anyone have any experience using the sphere comp with a brushed stock motor in 2wd off road? Thinking of getting one to use for stock class now; and if brushless is then allowed I'd just switch out to bl.Thanks

Yes, works great! Start with settings 2,3,2,0 for most offroad tracks. For more punch, bump up the throttle profile from 3 to 4 or 5. If you want more drag brake, bump up from 0 to 1 or 2.

Karl, Lrp includes a sensor wire with each of their motors, Orion makes you purchase the sensor wire separately The problem with the Lrp motors though, is they do not have sintered rotors in the 5.5, 6.5, and 7.5 as standard

Lrp always includes a sensor harness in their 2007 Competition Esc...

Woohoo me too 'cept 6.5!

Kinda weird how the LRP Comp 07 comes with a sensor wire and the TC Spec doesn't.

Finally shoe-horned the new goodies in my car last night (smaller KO servo, LRP TC Spec and 6.5)... holy tight fit!
