I have lots of pictures of my first. Unfortunately it was WAY before digital cameras. If I figure out a way I'd share.

My first was a Tamiya Sand Scorcher. I bought it in 1980. I don't have a picture, but check out the original Tamiya ad:

No pics of my first (Tamiya Lancia Rally), so I went and got a newly built example off Ebay Still haven't gotten around to detailing the body even.

I started with a Marui Big Bear in 1985. Still have it actually. Will try and get a pic of it.

My first was the Tamiya Hotshot (orange Parma Stinger body on right), followed by the original gold pan RC-10. Here's a picture of the two before I donated my trophies from my 1987 racing season. Yup, I'm old.......
I still have both and have raced them this year at the local track in Vintage class.

OK- I found a picture of my vintage stuff that I've restored to at least running status. These all sat in pieces for the past 19 years while I pursued other things and then last fall my kids got interested in R/C. I pulled them out and here they are: RC10, Wild Willy M38, Grasshopper and Hotshot.
Granted these are not all my first RC -- per the thread -- but they were someone's!!!

And here is a picture of my FIRST RC as it races now:
