Can almost guarantee there won't be a track editor. They make most of their money from people buying tracks, can't see the developers wanting to throw that away.
They have stated that there will be an electric version, although they haven't specifically said electric off-road.
Spring 2008 is the earliest release date at this stage, so assuming that there are delays (almost always is with small software houses), we will be looking at a summer/autumn 2008 release.

They told me around Fall '08 actually. I don't think electric off-road will be included because they said the buggy and truggy class is the only class in off-road that will be on the game. Kind of disappointing but it would have an even later release date then.

That would be bomb is they made a electric version, but have off-road and on-road on the same one....although it may cost more.
