in most places its hard enough to get enough people to race mod for a single heat. Stock would be great class to get more drivers into 4wd though, hopefully the b44 and all the other 4wd cars that have been coming out will increase popularity.

I say 4wd electric should remain a mod class by default. Less maintence especially when running brushless, no battery wars, and less watering down of the classes in electric. Stock is too much work and money to be competitive plus having to run bushings (yuk).

4wd's with a stock motor in them are boooooring. imo we have enough classes and dont need to dilute them any more.

About the only time I've ever seen 4wd stock ran was at a ROAR stock nationals and a few regionals here and there. IMO they are underpowered and I agree that it is boring.

4wd is easier to run fast. I run mod 4wd, and stock 2wd. I actually find that stock 2wd is harder to clear the jumps and all, and I don't really want to race spec because they just run with the mod 4wd, and I would somehow have to clone myself.
