The d6 trinity motor was a solid motor for its day. Its oudated now as far as power and longevity. I converted some of these with orion V2 endbells and they are very reliable. Is it a flatwire, roundwire, 10x1?

Just as good as the D5 flatliner, D6 has 4 magnets so it revs higher but you need to gear it so the motor will rev.. Dont over gear..

what size pion would you go on a eletric 4wheel drive buggy?

I ran a 13x1 flatwire in my B4 last year. Its a good motor. Brush/comm life isn't that bad, but then again 2wd buggy is really easy on motors. The best part about it is that it is really easy to work on, super easy soldering.
