Default Replacement upgrade for Feigao 9l in a buggy?

Thinking about a Neu 2D. It is closer to the K/v that I currently have in the 1512 series. I have a 3345K/v now. If I went to a 2600K/v with a 1512 2D, then I would have to get a larger pinion to get the speeds I already have with the 9l correct? If that is right, am I gaining anything? I feel like I'm missing something. I want more acceleration and speed, not just one or the other, so I don't want to get a larger pinion and lose the low end. Thanks for your input.

Ofna Hyper 8 Pro. Neu 1512 1.5d/f 3200Kv, Castle Creations Mamba Max, 4S2P A123, 13/46 gearing, Spektrum DX2.

Unfortunately you have to give one to get the other. I will tell you that going to the Neu alone will provide a nice increase in both so you may just be happy when you slap in the Neu.
