Default Pro-Line Dirt Paws: With foam or without?

I picked up some pro-line dirt paws and they didnt come with the foam. My gladiator 2's did come with foam inserts. Does that mean the dirt paws are intended to be ran without foam inserts?

I'm looking to maximize traction in loose sandy soil on a 1/10th scale electric truggy.

For the best traction and consistant handling all tires should have foam in them.

Well, dang, I was hoping to glue them up and use them this weekend. That's good to know, though. Thanks.

If your discarding your old tires take the foams out if them, and use em.

As for your question.

Yes you need foams.

I figured I'd share this response from Pro-Line's support:

"Hello,
The Dirt Paw tires have a thicker carcass and were designed to be used without foam, you can however add foam if you would like."

I think I'm still going to add the soft foam to it. I'm mainly concerned with the rear slipping in turns and so I think I want to go with a stiffer tire. It's not a big difference either as for how stiff it feels.
