Default m11 OR 3PK

Hi,
im having a real tough time deciding what i wanna get. I tried out a friends m11 and liked it. However, I also like how the 3pk feels. They both have great features. What does everyone suggest?
Thanks

I vote for the Helios... but since its not on your list.. The 3PK w/FASST setup is a a great radio.

I seen an M-11 with a spektrum module and even a Nomadio Sensor radio on E-bay for sale.

I have an idea, M8 with spektrum

You can get an M8 on ebay pretty reasonably since everyone bought M11s' that aren't any better..

Throw a spektrum on it and it rocks!

I strongly disagree, the M11 is the bomb. But, from everything I hear, the FASST is superior to Spektrum... so I would go 3PK Super w/FASST...

Thats what I heard, the M11 is over hyped.
I have an M8 and love it.

The "fast guys" around here have futabas and like them... So if ya wanna spend a ton of money, go futaba!

If ya wanna save some bucks to spend on other stuff go M8/Spektrum...

Upgraded from a M-8 to the M-11...
M-11 is a lot better radio , faster response and more features for tuning...

Heard that servo speed is adjustable with these high end radios. I'm getting ready to upgrade also, from the spektrum DX3. I'm interested in what the radios have above the spek.

Does the FAAST have to purchased seperatley from the 3PK? And does the FAAST work on the same principle as the Spektrum modules but Futaba style.

Yes, for the 3PK. Futaba 2.4ghz is faster than the standard Spektrum that you are currently using. Futaba also makes a Radio like your DX3 but with more features. You could move up to the Spektrum 3.0 witch has all the expo and trim settings that you will need and you can use your current reciever for a second car. If you Chose to go with the FASST system it will not work with your spektrum receiver.

thanks. I'm going to switch systems in my whole fleet. I drove a friends buggy with the 3PK and it felt gooood. So I'm wanting a faster radio. The spek. has worked great though. But it's time to go faster.

I was lining items for purchase and noticed Amain had the 3pk listed with 75mhz, and was like huh? Then I saw the FAAST. So I had to ask. Now, why don't they sell them as a system/together.
