Do a search on the ZX-5 thread.
There are several pics there of brushless set-ups and lots of great info.

I just built the ZX-5 and i am having the exact same issue. Just with the 5.5.

I put them all on the one side but had to put the reciever on top of the steering servo just so it would all fit. I am having glitching issues and have no idea what I should do. Hopefully going back to brushes isnot an option.

The ZX-5 is pretty tight for mounting everything.

I have the GTB 6.5. I also mount my Novak XXtra Syn. Rx on top of my steering servo (JR). No problems glitching but it took some clever body fitment to get the body on right. Thinking about mounting the Rx. on the top plate next time.

Good luck.

I wish someone would finally change the topic name: "Kyosho Electric Offroad"

It's pretty much all about the Lazer.

How do you guys like the new rear end conversion kit for your ZX-5?

I like is mostly because it converts all four shocks over to the triple end cap design of the Ultima.

Did you feel a difference in handling at your track?
