Default Lightweight outdrives on BK2

Hi, I have installed the lightweight outdrives in a Bk2 and I must have done something wrong as the car is very very noisy. Does the diff need to be shimed or anything special done when installing the outdrives?

Thanks for any help

Make sure the outdrives are not moving back and forth a lot when in the tranny case. If so you may need to add shims on it.

Default Shims

Hi, yes I noticed there was a lot of play so put in one shim to stop the play. How many did you use?

Thanks.
