Default Integy V10 Turbo Matrix Motor, need gearing advice

I have this motor, and it ran pretty hot last time I had it out. I need to know the following:

1. Teardown this is based on
2. gearing recommendation for a T4

Thanks!

sorry, not a big fan of Integy motors.
When runing a T4 with a Reedy Krypton 10X2 we run a 16T or 17T pinion on the stock spur - which I think is an 84 tooth...

I think the Integy Twin turbo Matrix motor is a 27 turn stock motor.

yea its a stocker. I got it as part of a package deal, I figured I run it since its mainly for my daughter to run. Integy replied saying it was an RPMish motor, so I am going to go with a small pinion, similar to what monster stock guys where using.
