Default What settings do i use to charge a 2s an 4s lipos with aIntellipeak ICE charger?HELP!

i just got my INTELLIPEAK ICE charger & TP-205 balancer, at what do i put the settings at for a maxamps 8000HV 2S2P 7.4V Pack, & what do i put the settings at for a maxamps 8000HV 4S2P 14.8V lipo battery pack, On my ICE charger?
e.i. like
3.7v or 4.2v or diffrent voltage, how much?
Fast charge current: 0.1 - 8.0A how much?
Trickle Charge Current: 0 - 500mA, how much?
Discharge Cutoff Voltage: 2.5 - 3.7V per cell , how much?
Battery Capacity Range: 0-9900mah, how much?
Peak Sensitivity: 0 - 25mV adjustable, how much?
anything eles i should know/ or set about the ice charger?(what do u do?)

an do i balance a pack before, during, or after chargeing?
with the tp-205....
