If you go to a ROAR race, you might try any of these though:

Quick question. When charging my EP 4200 with my ICE, it cuts off on temp. I have adjusted the temp up to 120deg. I can't seem to get a full charge in it. Three weekends ago I was able to get about 4700mah in with temps of 116deg. I the Tekin tray after my races and then try to charge the battery. When I get home I put the battery on the Dyna pulse. I only use the battery two times a day. So why does the battery get hot before it is full? I charge at 6 amps. Any help or corrections is appreciated.

What is the weather like? If it is hotter out now the batteries will heat up more.

85 inside, 90 outside. We do the electric racing indoors. Would a fan help or hurt the situation. I haven't been using one.

I would say when the temps get in the 90s a fan helps. Not a powerful fan. Just enough to move some air. A 120V AC 6inch box fan works real well.

I bought 3 packs of IB and 3 packs of EP's from the same matcher in october, the EP's are the only packs that are still worth using, 1 IB pack failed due to shorting out on my chassis, so I can't blame them for that, but the other 2 have dropped cells just from normal use.
