Default 2 Stage Piston's from RPM

Hello
I am thinking about trying these in my T4. Any suggestions or experience with this RPM product?
Thanks

I didn't have any to put in my Team truck, but i had them in an rtr T4 and loved them. I used the green ones in the med to heavy pack and 40 wt oil, that might be too much for most but it worked for me.

if they pros dont use them, then you don't need to put them on your truck or buggy. Just go to rc10.com and look at some of the setup sheets the pros use pick one and go with it. Most if not all of the pros race with what comes out of the box they never add on parts from other company's they are just not needed.

pros don't use them because they haven't been around in years. I picked up a set for losi shocks and yet to use them, wondering if anyone had any input themselves.

I look at it as who really needs one more thing to think about when trying to setup for a track. I think they would be best for the guys who do the big jumps. Even then though whats the point of going slower one way than the other. As far as racing goes, how many guys do you see at the track do you really think can make such fine tuning adjustments to say.. well I think the chassis would be better rolling a little slower into the corner and then snap out of it. Or vice versa. Just adds to much extra to think about if you ask me.

they are just not worth it. I dont see a need for them when the stock ones that come with the kit work great

And there's probably a reason why they haven't been around in years.

They work well on really rough tracks. If you race on a track that also runs 1/8th a lot you may find they make the truck more stable in the rough stuff. The only problem with them is that they let the truck transfer weight alot faster.
