Default Need help on Dynamite Fail Safe

Hi all, need help on above mention fail safe. Below are the pic for your ref.[IMG]c:/movis/failsafe[/IMG]


Just check what is the citoff voltage for this device.......Try to search at net and unable to find as this is older ver.........the new version is 4v........Need to know as I own one and fell that the cut off voltage at ~4.5 to 5v and it too early to on the fail safe. Please advise do it can be retune the cutoff volt by ourself? Thanks in advance.
