Default Revo 3.3 Transmission blues

We have been racing a Revo 3.3 since the beginning of the year suscesfully, but during the last race the pinion gear (TRA5385) was stripped.

Since we replaced the 3.3 engine with a Picco .26 Max, we thought about upgrading to a Robinson Racing gear.

Now the question is should we upgrade all the other gears to RR also?

What else should we be aware of?

Yeah, I have replaced this set about five times. It has been several months since it broke. I happened to replace some bearings on the last replacement. Maybe my bearings were wore out and caused excessive play. I didn't really do anything to fix it. I'm just venting really. Check the bearings anyways. You might find someting.
