Default 19t Komodo Motor Question

Is it normal to have the brushes need to be cleaned after about every 2 batteries I put though it? Right now I can get about 1.5 3300mah batteries through it before it starts to slow down a LOT. After I clean the brushes, it goes back to normal.

Motors generally need to be cleaned after every run to keep the performance up. Just comes with the duties of this wonderful hobby!

What brushes are you using? Try Banzai 766 brushes. They should give you 4-5 runs between cuts. If the track is really dusty or the weather is very hot will will need to maintain the motor more though.

How many runs you have on them? Was this a pro motor or a std edition?

Have you cut the comm yet?
