Losi tires all out of stock

they seem to be out of stock everywhere.

things like 4wd Fr/Rr Studs, Rearr Bigshots havent been available for a couple of months now.

anywhere to get losi tires?

Here in our off-road club in the Philippines, preferred tires for our loamy soil tracks are Losi IFMAR pins and IFMAR studs.

And yes, it's been really hard to find these types of tires especially 1/10th 4WD buggy fronts.

One reason I see is the popularity of blue-groove/hard packed off-road tracks so they tend to manufacture more tires for this types of tracks.

I try to keep a lookout on eBay. Although front IFMAR pins/studs haven't shown up so far, I had been able to acquire rear Losi IFMAR pins/studs not so long ago from eBay.

I hope this situation of unavailability of Losi IFMAR pins/studs changes. I am sure there are still a lot of us who use these tires.

Losi has been out of stock of many parts lately!!! :flaming: :flaming: :flaming: I cant even get a front pivot support set for the xxx-4??
So if the part breaks I have to wait 2-3 months.. I cant get rims or tires
What happened? It would be different if like twelve people at the track all had 4wd cars now, but that definitly is not the case.

Thanks LOSI!

Pink tapers are the preferred front tires for 2WD mod buggy at my local track and Losi hasn't had them in stock for several months. Consequently, everyone has now switched over to soft Panther Bobcats. I doubt I'll go back to pink tapers even if they're in stock soon because I don't want to use tires that aren't available more often than not.

How are the Panthers working out??? I've been running reds since that was all I could get... Only good thing is when it gets warm, reds are the tire of choice...

At my local track, the soft Panther Bobcats work better than the red tapers. I've also noticed that the panther tires fit better on AE wheels.

thats really poor form to allow your inventory to be out of stock for months on end. whoever manages thier manufacturing and distribution should be given the boot :flaming: :flaming: :flaming:

Frankly, I am tired of everything that I need being out of stock. I wanted spare parts for my GT2, 3/4 of them are out of stock. Tower says mid-may on some of them, which is crap. I busted a fuel tank on my GT1 a few months back, and tower was out of stock for 3 months!!

Ermm could it be because someone (Horizon) else owns and run Losi, could'nt see it happening from the old administrations but i guess these New guys do things differently, which is non too favourable by the looks of things?. Perhaps you guys should shoot horizon with some emails reminding them theres a backlog of parts thats needed for you guys to get back to racing

We've been out of the tire of choice, Pink Taper Pins, for months on end. i'm relegated to using slightly worn out pairs of them for the moment, but alot of guys aren't liking the shortage. however, I've been able to get parts for my 8ight atleast at my LHS.

Wonder what the deal is with Losi AND Associated, I was waiting for a FT B4 and noone had them, got the losi and now there tires are hard to find. Are these parts manufactued here in the states? Anything to due with crude oil prices and production costs? Some venders have really dropped the ball somewhere. :flaming:
BTW Tower still doesnt have FT B4's, been out since there big move, must have lost some kits in shipping.

Let the guys at Jconcepts know what you would like to see in production on the Jconcepts thread on this website...

http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...75#post3286975

or on the RC10B4.com website...

http://www.rc10b4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8672

Those guys pay attention to their threads and listen, they just need to know that there is a great enough demand for a product and they are working on a new tire line!
