Default Solderless battery packs?

Hi all, quick question
i need to make a battery pack but the contacts are stainless steel and the solder dont stick. any suggestions? i though about using bits of meccano taped on, and i made a 3 cell dummy pack that worked, although i just want to know if i can find a better way of doing it...

Thanks,
joe

Hi Joe, what kind of cells are you using? If they are sub c 3800,4200 etc.-check out Model Electronics Corporation. They have a product called Solderless Power Tube that holds sub c cells together mechanically-no soldering! I have 7 of these and they work great! They also have the same product available for A123 Li-ion cells. Don

well they're 2500mah AA as the car only has a slot for an AA cassette pack. its just an experiment really. i got it working but it needs a charge.
