Default CEN Fun Factor MT2, Truggy or MT?

Does this vehicle count as a truggy or monster truck, and can it take a starter box?

The MT2 is a truggy by ROAR rules. But it is not competive in the 1/8 Truck class because it is a 1/10 scale and does not have a center diff.
