Who has the longest 1/8 shocks?
what company produces the longest 1/8 buggy or truggy shocks? i want to install some on my Savage with the modded towers, and i am sure that even the longest of 1/8 shocks will not be as long as the stock savage shocks. i believe that the rear Kyosho ST-R shocks are the longest of the 1/8 shocks, but i may be wrong. it is hard finding the lengths in the PDF manuals online, so if anybody knows what company produces the longest shocks please share it here. thanks guys
also, please share the durability of the shock as well, as that is a considerable factor in my decision.

If I had to guess I would probably agree with you, since the STR shocks are really really long! Longer than the 777 buggies by a little bit. I can't think of any other 1/8th platform off the top of my head that uses longer shocks on the truck over the buggy than the Kyosho. I know Xray and Jammin are definately the same lengths from buggy to truck.

The Mugen MBX5 R and T are about the longest I've seen. Not sure of the total length though.
