ill admit that your rusty is a rocket. ive said that before. but would the turbo system really make it so you cant use BL?
I was told the Turbo can't take how fast the power get sucked through it! I fried one already. on my sons rig with a brushed motor the other one held up fine.....Neat toy. it boost your power but kills the run time!

The batteries are light and charge time is 1/3 of nimh packs. If anyones interested I've got 2 3s1p packs for sale, they'll fit in a truck easily, and if your running a Mamba, you dont have to worry about too much voltage.

You need a nimh charger for nimh cells because the nimh cells will be ruined if you over charge them. The chargers are designed to detect when the nimh cells are charged. You can find chargers that will charge a nimh pack for around $50. However, they can go all the way up to $400+ for a high quality one. These a123 cells like we are talking about require a differant charger too.

what is the maximum run time with the 2s1p 2300 you have? will it last 15 minutes? and wouldnt a brushless give you a little more run time? because i know my reedy gives me a few minutes extra in my tc than a regular motor does

2s1p with a low kv brushless, and not driving it like you stole it might give 15 mins run time. I know with 19t motor I could run for at least 7 mins. I also used 2s saddle packs in my XX4 and made 6 min mains with no problem, and the xx4 probably has the least effecient drivetrain out of any 4wd.

They are a little tricky to fit in cars but having charge times cut in half and no worries about it going up in flames like some lipo powered cars I've seen, is well worth the time it takes to make a new battery strap.

dark impacts mount in the center and are surrounded by plastic. the only way to fit it is to sand out each side a little bit.
