Default whats the right moter?

im looking at a tz but not hearing to much good about it in off road.what r u guys running?i want a fast ,high touque,lots of rmp when i need it ,but allso controllable . this is giong to be a mill in a xxx-nt ad2 .lmk

people i have talked to that tried the tz say its way to much for gas truck. unless you are Drake. or some of the others. i use and os .12 tg and its great, plus lots of time on a tank as well.

the cvr is also very good i ranu that motor in the past.

cv-r is a good motor in the ad2. i just finished break-in with it in my ad2 and its got power! good overall engine for the price (if you can still pick them up for around $110 like i did)...


cv-r would be my choice...

I've ran a few o.s motors in the past and they all seem to work well for me. I started out with a .12 (had the red square head) in a GT and it ran very well. I then went to the cvr and it ran like a beast.
