Please help me it says that the engine is running at 200 degrees and its on break-in settings??? This isnt right!!! Pleae help me. I need help knowing which way the ideal is so then i can turn it down!

Wow, nevermind now im hoping that i didnt blow it yet. The engine sounds good. I fixed the low speed needle.

If youre breaking in a new engine, its not uncommon to heat the head with a heatgun until the head reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Try to keep the engine temp at 200 degrees.

Generally its best to adjust the high speed needle first, then the bottom end needle. The top needles feeds the bottom.

Well, not to burst your bubble haha, but i just got too excited for it being a new engine, and i forgot that i messed with the carb, because i had to turn the high speed needle around to see if air was going through it, and then i was messing with the low speed, i set the high speed to break-in, and i left the low speed, making it very lean, i ran to almost about 250, well yeah thats an oops, but hopefuly i didn't blow the engine.

your engine is just fine. Keep the temp between 200-210, just because it hit 250 doesn't mean its dead, it will only get to that point if you run it there for an extended period of time.

Thank you for your support os power, hey i have a question, does anyone know if you can take off the head shims, and have even more power, and do any of you have a compression gauge because i would like to know the main PSI for the engine.

heat cycle... get the temps to 200 then turn it off and put the piston at the bottom of the stroke and let it cool... 200 is not bad, its just fine... but make sure you put the piston at the bottom of the stroke... and you wont know the exact compression because when the motor heats up that is when the engine has its most compression... and the shims are there for a reason.. if you are running 30% then you might want to check to see if the engine is shimmed for 30... if not that could be why your engine is getting excessively hot

Dude dont get screw happy with that motor from stock you will probably only go 1/2 leaner on the low and 1/2- 3/4 on the high.
Just heat cycle the engine serveral times and keep temps over 200 and each time make sure piston is not in the compression stroke when you shut it down. Dont take the head off dont take out shims run the recommended glow plug and nitro fuel and your engine will be alot happier.
