What is a good base setup for a rc10b3? I just cleaned and rebuilt the chassis. What motor do you reccomend for a beginner? I will not be racing for a while, I just want to practice my skills and get a good setup.
I have a Duratrax ESC100 that I am not using, it will handle stock motors. I also hava crappy Reedy Conquest motor that came with the b3.
Do you reccomend getting bearings first?
Thanks

I highly recommend the Boca Bearing bearing set, as the best hop up you can get for the money. Doesnt matter what motor or speed control you have for practicing anyway. A good baseline set up is to run the green springs front and rear with 30 weight oil all the way around.

I recommend that you experiment until you find the set up that you fell comfortable driving and that hooks up.
