I'm looking at the ofna 9.5 pro and the ofna hyper. I'm looking for something to hop up and for speed and durability which would be a better buy.
I'm also looking at the ofna/picco comp 01 engine or ????? Can this motor be modified or hopped up or not ?where would I get the parts for it

I have a 9.5 pro and Im very happy with it, I think you would be happy with either the hyper 7 pro or 9.5 pro, I think the ofna picco o1 comp is a killer engine. Did you get the piviot ball suspension with your 9.5 and c hub suspension

I have not gotten kit yet.. which is better? also where is the best place to purchase on line???

either of those is a good choice

i know more people with the hyper 7

but i think the ofna team drivers run the 9.5

i have 0-1 comp engine and you would have a tough time finding an engine with more top end

i really like it was easily tuned (for me at least) and runs great idles good etc i have not one complaint

i do recommend a pipe/header designed for bottom end power

if you are thinking about racing at all, i would get a kyosho 7.5. not the kanai edition, you can get a brand new one for like $450, or a used one on ebay loaded pretty cheap. If you are at a track it is much easier to find kyosho parts. you might look at the hot bodies lightning pro, it is just about a carbon copy of the kyosho, many parts are interchangeable. it's only like $350 with an engine i believe
