how should i gear my xxx buggy with a stock motor?
my xxx came with a 82T spur gear what size pinion should i start with if im using a 27t stock motor(i.e green machine3)?

That depends on what stock motor it is, size of your track etc.
I would start with 19/82

try 17 -21t. You should be able to touch the motor for no shorter than 3 sec.
