I've been happy with my Picco P3 28 Factory Team. It uses turbo plugs and was making my truggy do wheelies when it was set for racing, with race tuned suspension as well, not basher's stiff suspension.

I have heard alot of good things about the SH brand of engines as well.

I really liked my SH P6 Prospec .28. I got 3 1/2 gallons before selling it. My buddy ran an STS .28 and has 6 gallons on his. It's also a very impressive engine. If you're looking for a high performance low cost engine either of these are a great choice.

the Jammin/picco .28 (JPX.28) looks like a contender.

100kph is a pretty tall feat for an offroad vehicle. They are normally set up to go about 60-65kph so getting the extra 40kph will be tough.

Will a 28 be faster than the V-Spec? Probably not. It should just give you some more torque coming out of the corners.
