Proline molded 1/8 foam inserts

Does anyone know if Proline has fixed their molded inserts for 1/8 buggy tires? I would really hate to mount some up and have them rip apart like I saw guys doing last year.

i had heard they did but couldnt exactly say for sure. but i do have four different sets mounted up and the tires are wearing out way before the foams are. that is my experience right now with them.

I think they are a little better but not by much. My track is ussually really rough and the new foams still breakdown quickly. I have disected them before throwing them out and the foams are all crumbled. I much preffer the ofna foams.

I picked up some M3 bowties and put about 30 minutes on them, the foams seem to be in perfect shape. Of course I didnt get all that much run time on them, but they seemed ok. I've heard from other people that the new foams are fine. I know that the new truggy foams work really good (I put over 90 mins on a sit of crimes), and the foam compound should be the same between them.
