I just ran the gold compound on the rear of my Truck on a pink tire track and it had awesome grip.

I tryed the blue first and it is not for a "pink" track. I did run them on the indoor oval that blue grooved a little and they worked pretty well.

I was thinking this for the J Concept tires from my experience.
Green is Super Soft - Softer then a pink
Gold compound is comparable to a Pink
Blue is close to a Red compound.

I have not tried any of the other tires.

Although there is a bend in the link, the angle does not change. The end points of the link remain the same.

I just wanted to comment on the Bar Codes. I ran them this past weekend on my X-6 at Leisure Hours, which is definitely a worn out pink taper track. Despite running Blues instead of Golds, the tires hooked up very well, even without saucing. Hopefully my local store will stock some Golds soon, as well. Good job, J-concepts! Great tire at a great price. (Especially since the included foam is actually good)

Glad you liked them, we've tried to eliminate any inadequacies that we felt other tires had. The Golds should really work great for you.

Slash at the Clash -

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests, we have decided to offer the Slash class at not only the Bash, but the Clash as well. That’s right, you will be able to run your Slash on back to back weekends at premier JConcepts events. We already have entries flowing in, so be sure to get yours in ASAP. The rules (listed below) as well as the entry fee (just $15) will remain the same for both events.

Slash Rules:

The truck must remain box stock in regards to the chassis, wheels, tires, servo, speed control, motor. The receiver may be changed to accommodate another radio system. Body changes are allowed, as long as the body appears similar to a CORR type short course truck. Suspension setup adjustments are permitted, but usage of aftermarket shocks or hop-ups parts are prohibited.

I know I'm waiting on the rear gold Bar Codes for my 2wd buggy to use at are local indoor track. The front 4wd gold Bar Codes arrived so just need rears. I know the shop has had them on backorder for a few weeks now so I hope they show up soon. Look like a good tire for the indoor clay track I run at.

I would like to say thanks for making such a good tire. I ran gold Bar Codes at MHOR R/C Raceway's Pizza Feast truck race in Denver. MHOR is a pink tire track, and sometimes slick pink taper are best. I ran two classes with my XXXT-CR (Mod & SuperStock), and at the end of the night i won the SuperStock A-Main.
