the other big companys (and two of the smaller guys) tires dont have this issue on my local track but chasers and little chasers are faster and the rubber seems to hold up well i just have issues tearing pins off
That's not normal, please contact us directly [email protected]

Unfortunately AE changed the c-mount designed from the pre production car we received, so now we had to redesigning our new c-mount. No ETA yet, but it's in the works.

some news on the jconcepts carpet style tires.

Running on bumpy outdoor astro, probably about a medium grip level compared to indoor carpet, the swagger 4wd fronts and pin down rear tires offered alittle less bite than the schumacher stagger fronts and cactus rears. In general I liked the performance from them as it helped calm my car down as I search for a setup.

Right now I am curious though if more compound types are on the way for these tires. I wouldn't mind a compound similar in softness to schumachers yellow for some tuning options.

the lockness on my 1/10 2wd buggy have been great. gives just enough drift to get it to turn faster than it was before.

good stuff. I wouldn't mind a 4wd front tire in the same concept of the lockness (or a slightly smaller pin) for 4wd fronts.

Heck, if a pin tire could be made already "pre trimmed" I wouldn't mind that. seems for pin fronts people end up cutting off outer rows anyway on schumacher mini darts.

Hopefully it's not as thin as the factory one either.

Unfortunately our insert shipment has been stuck in customs going on 3 weeks, so we can't package/ship tires until we get our inserts out of customs

for your stalker and Kosmos tires, when do you feel you would go with over the other for conditions for 1/8 buggy?

We tried and the cost to the end user would quadrupled and they couldn't make enough quality product. Seems the US manufactures just want government or aero space contracts $$$$$. I've seen this in other industries as well, unfortunately US companies just don't want to be bothered .

Well the Kosmo was designed for dried out, rough, multi-surface Euro style tracks that need long wear. The Stalker was based off the Reflex and just made bigger for longer mains on most US style tracks. The Stalker is the newer of the two tires and most guys choose it over the Kosmo here in the states for longer mains and high-wear, rough tracks.
