I used a MRC gv2 spindle flipped Right to Left and Left to Right. I made a b4 trailing axle fit the spindle, but MRC makes an axle to use AE wheels on the front. I then had to drill the spindle a little bigger to fit the RB5 hinge pin. I have another pic over on the rb5 thread as well. Im going to have to trip just a tad off the bottom of the spindle, but otherwise it should be good. Im going to run it Saturday, I do not expect any problems.

For the top plates: Ive been running the same BJ4 since the WE came out over two years ago and am still on the original top plate. Just make sure the screws and loctited in and are always tight. The AE plate has what looks to be the same drill holes f/r but they wont work on the BJ4 if thats what your wondering.

Andy- YGM about the tires.

[QUOTE=AndyMoore;4088845]I havent actually played with that yet. I know RIT dye will dye just about anything though. I'll ask around and see if I can get an answer tomorrow.

I have the rit dye already and it works good for other rims but I just want to make sure since I have heard bad things about doing this.

Thanks man.

The rears work.

We havent had many requests for Losi wheels, and in fact, RB5 requests have out numbered Losi at least 15:1. Our Losi bodies are popular enough, but they are nothing compared to the AE line. I dont think there is the same demand for the JConcepts look on TL vehicles. Sorry I couldnt provide more encouraging news.

For the record Id be very interested in some spoked rb5 wheels as well. Something about them on a 2wd buggy looks so much better than the standard dishes.

Thats why we decided to make them, EVERYBODY runs dish wheels, so JC offers a choice.

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if the JC wheels will take Losi tires without having to trim the bead?

Cheers.
