They are scheduled for the end of next week ;)

PW can you tell us about the double yellow compound for 1/10 ?

When can we expect a Losi 8ight XE body?

Y2 is one of our first long-wear compounds and is med/hard. We rarely see conditions here in the states for Y2 anymore, but it works well on really hot, abrasive, outdoor tracks and or sugared outdoor tracks.

If you are using one of the newer style low-pro 4-cell, then the nitro body works. Unfortunately that body has been bumped down the list right now for other projects.

Posted this in the B6.2 thread but maybe you guys could help me too.

Has anyone tried using the JC F2 body for the B6/6.1 with their B6.2? Does it fit when using the fan attachment? I’m afraid the sweep on the sides is too low and it’ll hit the top of the fan.

I actually don't recommend using the stock fan mount on the B6.2 buggy. It's just to close to the body to have any real effect; even with the stock body.

Would cutting small vent holes in the side do any good? What’s your recommendation for fan placement?

Our driver AJ Marasco runs his fan behind the slipper spring assembly on his dirt car when the battery is moved back (shoegoo'd to the chassis):

On carpet or high bite slick racing when the battery is run all the way forward, AJ mounts the fan just behind the battery/next to the motor:

They are finished and expected mid July; so I would say 2-3 weeks to be safe.
