Default New Ball cups

Wanted to see what everyone thought of the new balls cups? I just bought a pack...they look good but don't seem as tight as the RPM ones that I have been using for years. THe main reason I bought them is so I could use the angled cups on the rear of my B4 camber link in hopes to keep the shocks from being rubbed. I hear however they rub on the gear cover? Anyone else seen this. Thanks!

I have been using them for little over a month now. You will be very pleased with them as they hold up very well! I like them a lot more than the RPM ones because of the hole at top to for the ball stud, they look better, there is a variety, the angled ball cups and there is enough to do two cars! I havnt had one pop off in the month that i have had them!

I suggest doing what PW recommended in his post about using some grease and tap them if you can, the ballcups are tight!

The hole is so you can unscrew the ballstud to add/remove spacers without popping off the ball cup making the ballcup last longer and a much easier way to add or remove spacers or change the stud location.

The new ballcups with the hole in them come in black only, JC has an older style of ballcups that comes in other colors.
