Default Tips on gluing buggy tires?

Anyone have any tips on mounting 1/8th scale buggy tires? Im a buggy tire gluing virgin, could use all the tips I can.

Clean the tires and wheels before you begin. There is usually a mold release lube on them and the glue bond will be weak. A little rubbing alcohol will take care of it.

Also make sure you fit the tires on the rims and make them right before you glue.

Clean the tire and rim beads, then clean the tire bead. I use the cheap brake cleaner from Wal-Mart. Then before you mount the tire on the rim, clean the tire bead. Basically, clean the tire bead really, really well.

i just did up 6 sets of tires and using elec tape i think is the best beacuse you can get it very tight.

I used one of the "Live Strong" rubber braclets. Seemed to work pretty good.
