I for one would LOVE to see a X6T. I think that it would work very very well. The weight distribution would be a bit farther back than the buggy, so the conversion wouldn't have as drastic effect as it does on the buggy.

Just picked up an X6 (borrowing a well used one). Doing a rebuild this week, and then testing on Saturday!

Looks good!

Steve, have you run the car yet? How'd it go?

It feels the same. You do lose the ability to raise or lower the axle. Personally I never make that adjustment, so it works good for me! This thread will explain it all:

I really like the concept, but man that body just won't grow on me. I would feel like driving a Tamiya down the track. The shape of the body just makes it look really cheap.

I know the look of the body is a personal thing, and I am on the other side of the fence, I love the look of it. Different paint jobs bring out differnt aspects of the body and every one looks really different.

The body was done by Jason from JConcepts. It takes some getting used to because it is so different, but I like it now. Moving the wing forward helps the appearance too. The reason the back of the body goes so high and far back to 1. to cover the tranny, and 2. because it doubles as our gear cover. You can't really get a gear cover on the tranny mounted mid motor, but Roar rules require one, so out body covering the gears was the compromise.

Chis-I got you email today, just got back in town from the 1/18Nationals. I didn't have a chance to give it the time it deserves, but will do so shortly.
