If you are just messing around in the backyard you might want to consider a 2wd stadium truck or monster truck. 4wd cars don't have a lot of ground clearance. 4wd cars aren't known for their durability either.

That being said that one would be just fine for playing around with.

For those of you looking at the origional SB Pro, email me and I have an FAQ for you that will give you the common tips, tricks, etc that you will want so you can have the vehicle perform at the top levels.

I would recommend the SB V2 Sport version if you are wanting a vehicle to bash with. You will be using the latest version of the vehicle which has some nice improvements, and Ultimate hobbies sells the vehicle I believe for around $208.

Both vehicles can be capable race platforms in the right hands. Email me with any questions you have and I am more than happy to help.

My buddy had one. Not a bad buggy.
I personally would recommend either a XX4 for rough tracks or XXX4 for smoother tracks.
