Default Glow plugs

I've just bought the TNX5.2R. I've blown 4 glow plugs in 2 days. Anyone able to tell me why? Please help.

What do the plugs look like when you take them out? Is the coil distorted? If so you're running too lean. Richen up your top end needle and retune.

Please check the % of nitro your using.Did you have backfires when the engine is running? . Keep experimenting different plugs with different heat ranges from hot to cold. the fuel ur using may not be suitable for the current plug.
