Another question,
if you where to run a Lrp 07 first,
and you figure out the gearing that runs very well,
then you would change the speed control too a Novak GTB,
will the car need to be regeared?
Or go to a Tekin or Quark, ...
Asuming you only swap the speedo, nothing else.

in my T4 when i run the 13.5 i gear mine at 87/23, and in my B4 i run it at 84/25. i can run the whole pack(4200) and the motor temps out at 92 degrees and this driving like im racing

not at all, some of the other guys at my local track have different esc's and motors and they gear them the same as i do

13.5 B/L motor.
XXX-CR LRP SPHERE 07/NOVAK 13.5 geared 78/28. comes off the track at 95 degree's after 20-22 min running it!

I'm running 81/29 on my B4 and it barely gets warm. I started with a 26, but it was pathetically slow, so I jumped 3 teeth. I definitely woke the motor up, and it actually felt like it gained punch, when in reality, I was able to use more of the powerband b/c it wasn't topping out immediately.
