Matching Batterys
 
When taking individual cells apart to match them up the best you can what numbers should you go by? the volts, the mah, the discharge rate or what please help.

The discharge time in seconds. This will give you the most voltage from the battery pack during the run since all the cells are dumping at aprox. the same time.
