Default truggy kit?

I have a 1/8th scale buggy and i was going to upgrade to a used hyper eight pro kit and transfer all my electronics and engine over but u cant run anything bigger than a .21 in the buggy class and i have a .27 and want to upgrade to a .28 in the future so i thought about a truggy kit what truggy kit(s) would you suggest? because i dont know any.

MUGEN MBX5T PROSPEC
JAMMIN X1-CRT
KYOSHO MP777 ST-R
All of those are good but for a good deal and a shameless plug look at this

One to Look into is the CEN Matrix TR, either the FR edition or the RTR. You can always sell what you don't need in the RTR and go from there. Getting great reviews from what I have seen.

Nice thing there is your friend has the matrix (assuming he has the truggy version?) . So you guys can share notes together and parts if need be on it.

There are alot of good truggies out there, so be happy that you have alot of choices!

The Mugen or a CRT, both are great truggies. Yes, I have owned both. Your radio will be fine if you are fine with it. The most important thing is to have your driving ability with whatever vehicle you get. The better the driver you are, the more fun you will have.
