I used to run a 3003 (56oz/in) in my RC-10T-I hope this one (9102) works ok. If not I'll find something that will. I've never tried a KO, but I'll have to keep it in mind if the 9102 doesn't work. Thanks for the suggestion. Don

Another update.

I am doing a overhaul on the truck when I get my check Friday.

Stock steering position.
4x2 battery setup.
T4 front body mounts as battery hold-down posts.
Might to to fit a MRX-B4 battery strap or a BJ4WE's on to it for good looks.
A new Black/Blue chassis.
New packs of course.
And a little more to make it look like a factory ride.

Plus I've been practicing a little CAD work, heres like a 20-30min job on a motor mount.

The bottom there is where it would mount to the chassis.

UPDATE

Ok here is the latest on the Team Kassanova Scorpion.

Before the cosmetic and the like, work:

After the UPS (santa claus) man dropped of my goodies, I got to work:

Here is a motor I put together using a Orion 19t arm and V2 endbell with a Trinity can. Using it just as a mock-up motor for now but I wonder how it runs... LRP 5.5 BL coming soon.

My plan was to make the truck look a bit factory, I am not done yet, a MR4-BX hold-down will be used and I will build another truck from a XC Racer so that everything is new and looks even better.
How do you like the truck so far?

If I could made a suggestion....Move your antenna mount closer to the receiver. Running your wire under the battery pack just doesnt seem like a good idea.

What motor mount is that?

It's ok for now, but can be changed in a few seconds if need be. Thats the TC5 motor mount.

Update:
The truck had its first run today in our new addition and in my workshop. Going to run it on a mock-up track ASAP.
