I would suggest you make one. Save yourself a lot. Just get a small plastic storage tub and a stiff bristle scrub brush. All you need to do is Shoe Goo the brush to the bottom of the tub and voila, you have a tire cleaning station.
Also I don't advise using Simple Green in the water. At least if you run on a clay track. It seems to effect performance.

if u need cheaper shipping, i would email the owner and see if he could do first class? i remember getting it priority, i know 1st class is quite a bit cheaper, and just about the same shipping time. and from what ive found on new england taper pin tracks, simple green does the tires good, but this might be different on more clay based tracks

Thanks for your replies! I found one of these on Ebay and got some better pictures of it. I didn't realize that it was a brush glued down to a plastic container.

I decided to save my $$$ and stick with my .99 Wal Mart bucket and my 2 dollar brush!
