hey guys looking at getting this radio just curious how many model memeories can it hold also is it spektrum comaptable what should this radio cost me amain has it for 189 it seems to me this is to cheap for a high class radio

That is a great buy for that radio. It is spektrum compatible and is packaged for just that reason. You will also need the spek module, which is another $150 and comes with a receiver, or spend the extra $19 and get the pro version. You will also want the optional drop down wheel ($41) which allows you to adjust the wheel angle for great ergonomics.

Some of us have also replaced the foam on the wheel with this crimefighter tire http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLPW6&P=7. Glues right on like a regular tire on wheel.

If you keep your eyes peeled here in the for sale thread you can often find a complete spek set-up EX-10 for about $225.

BTW, it is a 9 model memory.

It has 9 model memory unless you get the software and the cable you can have up to a 20 model memory . I picked mine up from Amain also .

Im using one and never complain. it works flawlessly and definitely love the angle dropdown turning wheel.

If you get the Spektrum module for it it is very easy to put the antenna where the original antenna goes . You don`t even need to drill through the circuit board like had to with the EX-1 .
