is the new os 2060 pipe more of a top end pipe than the 2050?

It is a little smoother than the 2050. It does not have the grunt. It is more optimal on the top end but I would not say it will give you more top end than the 2050. What it will give you is fuel milage and ease of tuning.
You can take fuel milage to the bank in a race. It is good for 6 to 8 seconds or more a stop that you do not have to go into the pits.
Great pipe. Works very well with radical motors.
